Pártolói Klub ÁSZF / Patrons’ Club Terms and Conditions
Amennyiben ön a BDZ Pártolói Klub tagja, tagságával összefüggésben az Alapítvány az alábbi adatait kezeli:
Név; cím; e-mail-cím; telefonszám; támogatás mértéke/támogatói fokozat; jegyvásárlási történet; belépési ideje; név; lakcím; jelszó; születési év, hó, nap; klubtagság lejárata; partner neve (ha ezt Ön vagy az Ön partnere megadta részünkre)
Ebben az esetben az adatkezelés jogalapja a GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés b) („szerződés teljesítése”) illetve c) pontja („jogi kötelezettség teljesítése”), figyelemmel arra, hogy a támogatói klubhoz való csatlakozással Ön és az Alapítvány között szerződés jön létre, a szerződés teljesítésével összefüggésben pedig az Alapítványt adó- illetve számviteli kötelezettségek terhelik.
Jelen pont szerinti adatait a szerződés teljesítését követő 5 évig, a BDZ adójogi kötelezettségeinek teljesítéséhez szükséges adatok tekintetében az adójogi elévülésig (annak a naptári évnek az utolsó napjától számított 5 évig, amelyben az adóról bevallást, bejelentést kellett volna tenni, illetve bevallás, bejelentés hiányában az adót meg kellett volna fizetni), azaz legfeljebb 7 évig, a BDZ számviteli kötelezettségeinek teljesítéséhez szükséges adatokat pedig legfeljebb 8 évig kezeljük.
Jelen pont szerinti adataihoz a BDZ Pártolói klub kijelölt adatkezelője, a BDZ részére informatikai háttérszolgáltatásokat nyújtó jogi személyek, illetve a BDZ online fizetési szolgáltatója férhetnek hozzá.
Jelen ÁSZF szerinti jogviszony a befizetés napján indul, és határozatlan időre jön létre, ugyanakkor az ön Pártolói Klubtagsága megszűnik, amennyiben a lejártáig (azaz legkésőbb a klubtagság 365. napján) nem fizeti be az adott évre eső támogatás összegét. Önnek bármikor jogában áll megszűntetni klubtagságát, amennyiben arról 30 napos felmondási idővel írásban értesíti az Alapítványt. Ugyanakkor jogában áll a klubtagság megszűntét követően újra indítani tagságát azzal, hogy befizeti a támogatási díj összegét.
Jelen ÁSZF-re a magyar jog az irányadó, a vitás kérdésekre a magyar bíróságnak van kizárólagos joghatósága.

If you are a member of BDO’s Patrons’ Club, the following data of yours may be handled in connection with your membership:
Name; address; email address; phone number; sum paid/level of support; ticket purchase history; date of entry; name; address; password; year, month, day of birth; expiry date of club membership; partner’s name (if you or your partner has provided us with this information).
In this case the legal basis for data management is point b) (performance of the contract) and c) (performance of legal obligation) of (1) of article no. 6 of the GDPR, with attention to the fact that by your entering our patrons’ club, a contract is closed between you and the Foundation, and that the Foundation has tax and accounting obligations with regard to the performance of the contract.
Your data as per the present point will be managed by us for 5 years after the performance of the contract, in case of data necessary for the performance of tax obligations until the end of the tax legislation limitation period (5 years starting on the last day of the calendar year in which the tax return could have been filed or reported, or, lacking these, tax should have been paid), that is, for 7 years at the most, while data necessary for the performance of accounting obligations will be handled for 8 years at the most.
Your data as per the present point may be accessed by appointed employees of BDO’s Patrons’ Club, legal persons (data processors) providing computer support for BDO and BDO’s online payment service provider.
Your membership under these Terms and Conditions will start on the date of the payment and will be for an indefinite period, however, your Patrons’ Club membership will terminate if you have not paid the amount of the support you offered by the date of expiry of your first/previous payment (i.e. no later than the 365th day of your annual membership). You may terminate your membership at any time by submitting a 30 days’ written notice to the Foundation. However, you have the right to reinstate your membership after termination by simply paying the support fee again.
The present Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Hungarian law, and the Hungarian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute.
