Turcsányi, Ildikó
Ildikó has been working at the orchestra since 1995. Basically, she has been working with us all her adult life.
Her favourite composer: right now the top names of her list are Bartók, Stravinsky, Strauss and Mozart.
Her favourite piece of music is different every week but there are some fixed points, e.g. Bluebeard’s Castle, Don Giovanni, Sheherezade, Salome.
She has three sons.
“I like working here because of the bohemianism, the brainstorms, the diversity, the humane manners, the immense amount of music and free parking.
You can probably do better as well, but we are trying to do our best.”
